  • The Pop Up

    The pop up is the first and most critical link in your surfing movement chain. In this lesson, you’ll build reliable take-off mechanics through targeted drills and technical cues, developing confidence and adaptability so you can execute successful pop ups across a range of wave types.

  • Paddling

    Paddling is the foundation of time spent in the water and a skill that defines endurance, positioning, and wave access. This lesson focuses on technique cues and targeted exercises to build efficient paddling mechanics, helping you move with greater control, stamina, and body awareness.

  • Positioning

    Cutting across the wave face is where surfing truly opens up — unlocking speed, control, and maneuverability. In this lesson, you’ll develop the technique and awareness needed to ride the face with confidence, turning gravity and wave energy into smooth, purposeful movement.

  • Cutting Across The Face

    Advanced tube riding techniques. Learn how to identify barrels, position yourself for them, and to enter and exit them with confidence.

  • Speed Flow

    Speed is the foundation of functional surfing — without it, progression stalls. This lesson focuses on the core techniques that help you harness wave energy and generate your own momentum, building the flow and movement patterns that support stronger, more dynamic surfing.
